A booking is confirmed only after payment. Sessions take place at the scheduled time chosen by the participant, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are refundable or may be rescheduled at no cost.

If, due to unforeseen reasons (technical issues, health, or force majeure), Raúl Allén is unable to attend, the session will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
